# ATM: Reporting Machine Issues

Bitcoin Well ATM support handles questions about ATM locations, machine issues, cash vouchers, and transactions made at physical Bitcoin Well ATMs.

* An error shown by a Bitcoin Well ATM
* Cash accepted by the ATM
* An ATM transaction receipt
* An ATM purchase that is not appearing in your wallet
* A cash voucher used at an ATM

| Include the ATM location, transaction amount, reference ID, and a screenshot of the receipt when available.
