# How to Change Your Password

You can update your password from your profile settings when you know your current password.

| Choose a strong, unique password that you do not use for any other account.

1. Sign in to your account.
2. Open **Account**, then select **Profile**.

3. In **Account information**, select the pencil icon beside your password.
4. In the **Current password** window, enter your current password in the password field.

5. Select **Next**.
6. Follow the on-screen prompts to enter and confirm your new password, then complete the change.

|| If you do not know your current password, use the **Forgot password** option on the sign-in screen instead.
