What is happening?
We are pausing the Direct Deposit funding method effective November 21st, 2025. This means your unique Bitcoin Well Account details will not be able to receive funds after November 21, 2025.
Please ensure no direct deposits are sent to your account after this date.
Why is this happening?
We're transitioning banking partners. We will re-enable the Direct Deposit payment method in 2026, at which point you will receive new Bitcoin Well Account details.
How can I buy bitcoin?
You can still buy bitcoin in the Bitcoin Portal with your connected bank account.
The amount of bitcoin, and your rate, is automatically locked in when you confirm your purchase. You will receive your bitcoin directly to your personal bitcoin wallet as soon as the dollars clear our bank (3-5 business days).
To buy bitcoin with your connected bank simply login to your Bitcoin Well account, and select your bank as the "Payment method".
