1 – Download and Open Blue Wallet:

Once you’ve downloaded the Blue Wallet app, open it and select “Add Wallet.” This is the first step to creating a secure place to store your bitcoin.
2 – Choose Wallet Option:
You’ll see a few wallet options. Select “Bitcoin.” This enables you to send and receive bitcoin over bitcoin's main blockchain.
3 – Write Down Your Recovery Phrase:
Save your recovery phrase when you get home. It’s vital to keep it safe and private - do not share your recovery phrase with anyone, ever.
Remember, you can always use your recovery phrase to regain access to your bitcoin from any bitcoin wallet.
4 – Confirm Your Recovery Phrase:
Select “OK, I have written them down.” To confirm you have a secure copy of your recovery phrase.
Congratulations, you now have a bitcoin wallet.
5 – Get Your Bitcoin Receiving Address:
Navigate to your bitcoin wallet and tap “Receive” at the bottom of the screen. You’ll see a QR code and below it a string of letters and numbers. This is your receiving address, like a deposit slot on a mail box.
6 – Scan Your Bitcoin Receiving Address:
When the ATM reads Please scan your bitcoin address pull up your bitcoin receiving address QR code and hold it to the ATM scanning area.
You may have to increase your phone brightness and hold your screen to the scanner for up to 21 seconds.
