Sometimes the Bitcoin wallet scanners on our Bitcoin ATMs take a few moments to scan. <br>​<br>To scan your bitcoin wallet at a Bitcoin Well ATM:

Open your wallet, navigate to 'Receive' and turn the QR code to the ATM's scanner

Increase your phone screen's brightness to 100%

Hold your bitcoin wallet for up to 21 seconds to ensure a scan occurs 

Ensure the QR code for your bitcoin receiving address is lined up with the camera/scanner and you're holding your QR Code approximately 4-6 inches away from the scanner.<br>​

- Open your wallet, navigate to 'Receive' and turn the QR code to the ATM's scanner
