When buying Cash Vouchers, customers can use either a fully verified account or a Lite account. After the initial sign up but before you submit your IDs, your bitcoin well account will be considered unverified, or ‘Lite’.
Here is how you can use your verified or lite account to purchase bitcoin via Cash Vouchers.
Click “Buy bitcoin”, scroll down and then click on “Cash Vouchers”. Upon doing this you will see a QR code, save it for later! You can tap on the QR code to expand it. You can screenshot or save a photo of your QR code for later, you'll need to present this QR code at the bitcoin ATM.
Next, go to any Bitcoin Well ATM. To find a Bitcoin Well Cash Voucher ATM, you can find a map off the Cash Voucher bitcoin ATMs here.
Once you are at a Bitcoin Well Cash Voucher ATM:
Press “I want Crypto”
Select “Bitcoin Well Portal”
Scan your Cash Voucher QR Code
Insert cash
Once finished, say complete
Upon completion your cash voucher will appear in your Bitcoin Well account after a few moments. Your Cash Voucher will appear in the buy page below your Cash Voucher QR code.
Tap on the Cash Voucher to use it to buy bitcoin, an order screen will pop up giving you a preview of how much bitcoin you're buying as well as your personal wallet as the designation address.
Once you buy with your Cash Voucher credit, bitcoin will be sent to your selected address in accordance with your account’s blockchain speed/fee settings.
