Due to new Cryptocurrency legislation, effective June 1st 2021, we now require verification for all transactions above $1000. The Onboarding process requires a photo of the front and back of valid, Canadian-issued identification (such as a driver's license) and a liveliness selfie.

You will be asked to select which Cryptocurrency you are looking to sell(Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin or Bitcoin Cash) and let us know how much you are looking to sell or how much CAD you are hoping to receive. You will also select your banking institution.
You will be prompted to provide your name and banking information from your direct deposit form.

You will be prompted for your email address and phone number to receive your personal confirmation codes for your transaction. If the email code does not arrive, please check your junk or spam folder for the email. Insert the codes in the proper boxes.
Make sure to verify the order, and take note of exactly how much cryptocurrency needs to be sent. Your order will be processed within 1 - 3 business days. If the order is correct, select Confirm.
On the Order Summary page, you will be provided a QR code to scan to send your Bitcoin. If you have completed this process through your mobile device, you are able to copy and paste the alphanumeric address into your wallet application. We do not recommend typing this address in manually.
