How to Fund Your Account Balance Account With USD

Fund your Bitcoin Well account with USD from a connected bank account. Once the deposit clears, you can use your account balance to buy bitcoin.

Start a deposit

From the dashboard, select Fund USD.

Select the USD amount field and enter the amount you want to deposit.

This example uses $2.10 USD, the minimum shown in the app. Minimums and transaction limits can change, so always follow the current values displayed in your account.

Under Type, select Deposit.

Under Bank, select the connected bank account you want to use.

Don’t see your bank? Open Account → Banks to connect or reconnect a bank account, then return to the deposit flow.

Select Review.

Review your deposit

Before continuing, verify the:

USD amount
Source bank account
Destination, which should be Account balance

Bank deposits can take 3–4 business days to clear. The current estimate shown in your account is the one that applies.

Check the amount, source bank, and destination carefully before continuing.

Select Confirm deposit.

Finish the deposit

Wait for the confirmation message. When the request is accepted, Bitcoin Well displays Congrats! You made a deposit!

Select Close to dismiss the confirmation screen.

You can monitor a pending deposit from the Dashboard or Activity page.
