How to Redeem Bitcoin Well Points for Merchandise

Save up your Bitcoin Well Points and exchange them for available Wishing Well merchandise from the Bitcoin Well Points page.

Choose a merchandise reward


  1. Log in to your Bitcoin Well account.
  2. Open Rewards > Bitcoin Well Points.
  3. Under Redeem your points, choose an available item.

Review and redeem the item


  1. Review the product description and displayed point cost.
  2. Select Redeem when you have enough points and are ready to continue.

Information: The Redeem button is available only when your point balance meets the displayed cost. If it is disabled, keep earning points and return later.


Complete the shipping process


  1. After redeeming an item, keep an eye out for an email from Bitcoin Well asking for your shipping information.
  2. Reply directly to that email with the information requested.
  3. Check your spam or junk folder if the email does not appear in your inbox.
  4. The Bitcoin Well Customer Service team will arrange delivery of the item.
  5. The team will email you when your item ships.


Warning: Verify your shipping information before replying. An incomplete or incorrect address may delay delivery.


Tip: Keep the redemption email until your item arrives in case Customer Service needs to confirm any details.
