Which Canadian Banks Support Apaylo Bill Payments?

Bitcoin Well uses Apaylo Finance Technology to process online bill payments from Canadian bank accounts.
Online bill payment is available through most Canadian banks and credit unions. However, some financial institutions do not currently list Apaylo as an available payee.

This list is not exhaustive. Your financial institution may support Apaylo even if it is not listed below.Your bank may choose to de-list Apaylo Finance Technology at any time.

How to confirm that your bank supports Apaylo

The most reliable way to confirm support is to search for the payee in your online banking account:

Sign in to Bitcoin Well.
Select Buy bitcoin.
Open Select payment method.
Select Bill Payment via Bank.
Copy the payee name displayed under Payment details.
Sign in to your bank and open its bill-payment section.
Search for the exact payee name shown by Bitcoin Well.

The payee may appear as Apaylo Finance Technology or under another payee name shown in your Bitcoin Well account.
If you can find and add the payee, your bank supports this payment method.

What if the payee does not appear?

First, confirm that you searched for the exact payee name displayed in your Bitcoin Well account.
If it still does not appear:

Try searching for Apaylo instead of the full name.
Contact your bank and ask whether the payee can be added.
Use another payment method available in your Bitcoin Well account.

Payee availability is controlled by each financial institution and may differ between banks, credit unions, account types or online banking platforms.

Does this affect Interac e-Transfer?

No. This compatibility list applies specifically to online bill payments processed through Apaylo.
Your bank may still support other Bitcoin Well payment methods, including Interac e-Transfer, even when Apaylo is unavailable.
