How to Navigate Your Transaction Activity

Use the Activity page to review completed transactions and narrow the list with filters.


Review your transaction activity


  1. Sign in to your Bitcoin Well account.
  2. Select Activity from the sidebar.

  1. Review the Completed list. Each entry shows its transaction type, date, and amount.

Transaction details vary by transaction type. Some fields may not appear on every entry.


  1. Select a transaction row or its chevron to expand it.
  2. Review the available details, which can include:
  • BTC rate
  • Return
  • Payment type
  • Destination
  • Order ID

Use the Order ID when you need to identify a specific transaction in a support conversation.


  1. Select Load more at the bottom of the list to view additional completed transactions.


Filter your activity


Select Filter on the Activity page to open the filtering options.


Filter by date


  1. Open the Date tab.
  2. Choose a preset date range or enter a custom start and end date.

Filter by amount


  1. Open the Amount tab.
  2. Choose a preset amount range or adjust the range slider.

Filter by transaction type


  1. Open the Type tab.
  2. Select one or more transaction types:
  • Buy
  • Sell
  • Deposit
  • Withdraw
  • Swap
  • Reward

  1. Select Apply to update the activity list.


Combine date, amount, and type filters to narrow a long activity list more quickly.


To clear your current filter selections, open the filter window and select the reset icon.


Transaction activity contains private financial information. Remove personal details before sharing a screenshot or export with anyone.
