How to Reset a Forgotten Password

If you cannot remember your password, you can request password reset instructions from the Bitcoin Well sign-in flow.

Request a password reset

From the password sign-in screen, select Reset password. You can also use the direct link above.
On the Forgot password page, enter the email address associated with your Bitcoin Well account.

Select Send password reset instructions.
Check your inbox for the password reset email. If it does not appear, check your spam or junk folder.
Open the email and follow its instructions to set a new password.

Use a strong, unique password that you do not use for any other account.

Never share a password reset link or code with anyone, including someone claiming to be from Bitcoin Well support.
